Was easy to set up good quality cleaning was simple was safe for my 2 cats control odors good size just a little hard to connect to wifi when you have to use 2.4 gigs of internet but overall good nice not to big durability is good for both cats

If you are young enough to deal with this it may work for you. At 89 and disabled it’s too difficult. Odor control I’m not sure if it’s working. Cleaning not as easy as emptying and hosing out simple box. Not very portable, cleaning not as easy as empty box and hose it. But saves emptying once/twice a day. Replacing bag almost impossible to do so that it works. Litter spills out on floor in front. One part is not named and no instructions on how to get it on. Left a degreed engineer and a retired principal teacher wondering. This should be labeled as unsuitable for elderly person, disabled person. Instructions are poor (written by a Chinese person I imagine). Concept is good BUT TO WORK WITH REPLACING BAG, emptying to clean etc stick to your old method of cat box, scoop and dispose of clumps. That may cause back problems, this one will be worse as clumps did not go down hole they were supposed to go down, they stuck. Altogether I found this box a disaster. Also I need to call now about it because they want it returned unused. How do you know if it works properly until you try it out. Oh and yes it needed 2 people( I could not even help) to get it ready to return, get in box etc. So difficult they forgot to include the plastic bags that came with it.

I've been buying these for 2 years now. They are sturdy, for sure. I think that alone helps keep odors contained.

OK, honest review I have had a meowant self cleaning litter box prior to this one. I have actually had two the motor just crapped out on the second one. I got this litter box for a change of pace and for newer upgrades this litter box has not disappointed, just be aware when you attach the trashcan liner to catch the litter. It is a magnetic closure, the only gripe I have is that the app does not let you add more than one cat. It does give you weight when they approach the litter box when they exit the litter box how long the duration of them going to the bathroom, you can clean remote from the app you can deodorize from the app if that’s something you’re into. Odor control is very good again I have two cats. I have not smelled the litter box yet and I have owned it for about five days so I have not cleaned it out yet. The size has been good. I have a 13 pound cat and a 12 pound cat and both have used it without any issues. I also do not have litter everywhere like I did with the meowant. Very easy to set up and the directions are pretty straightforward. OK, so make sure when you hit the clean button on the front of the box that you either empty out some of the litter or make sure that some of the litter OK most of the litter is out of it it will turn complete rotation to empty all the litter out of the litter box into the trashcan. I did not do this. The first time I ended up with litter on the floor trash bag is easy to empty and easy to replace. However, I do find that I’m having to clean the trap door every time I change the plastic bag because that’s what the crap rolls over. Just wanted to add this as a sidenote and also make sure the barrel is locked in on the motor side and the lock is completely down over the gearing and barrel mechanism. You’ll understand once you look to see what I’m talking about or if it happens to you . If you do not lock the barrel, it will wake you up at 2 o’clock in the morning after your cat uses the bathroom and sound like your room is coming apart because you didn’t lock it, and it will scare the crap out of you and your cats because you can’t figure out what’s going on. Be sure and lock the barrel.

it's the closest thing to not having cats . small. works. if you have cats and you dont own one of these or something similar then your cat used the toilet or you hate yourself. this is cheaper and smaller than the 600 dollar ones. there was thought put into the design, then engineers got to work making it a cheap as possible without killing you or your cat. like there is a fan in the hub that draws air in from the business end out the rear through a narrow passage that you fill with gel deodorizer. nice touch, it's probably ineffective but great idea. it's still worth every penny
